Isn’t it smarter to rent your own space?

Many young businesses do better when they rent fully serviced offices like OfficeOurs. It allows them to focus on their business instead of their accommodations.

What’s a Co-Working space?

A Coworking space provides businesses, freelancers and others a space to work, network and be a part of a business community. Officeours is place for frum women to work, network and be a part of our very own business community.

How do I know if this office space is suitable for my kind of work?

OfficeOurs is a shared office space, so it’s a  good fit for you as long as your work isn’t very noisy. Officeours is a workspace for Haredi women, so if your work, clothing or speech doesn’t befit a Haredi woman, then OfficeOurs isn’t a good fit for you.

My Boss wants me to work from OfficeOurs but for me . . its just a big Shlep ...

DON’T agree to come every day of the week! OfficeOurs has flexible, part week plans and you’ll love getting out a few time a week!

Are you an internet office?

We do provide high-speed internet, but we are much more than an internet shop.

We are open whenever our customers want us to be open, Torah permitting.

Where is OfficeOurs located?

Kiryat HaMada 6, HarChotzvim, Jerusalem. Near the Regus, Chumous Eliyahu and other restaurants, KSP and much more.
11 minutes from Ramat Eshkol, Zayis Raanan, Ramat Shlomo or Ramot. That’s about as far as from Lakewood Yeshiva to Bagel Nosh!

Does it really boost productivity?

Yes and we stand behind that! You can try it with ZERO risk, get your money back after the first month, if its not worth it for you.

OfficeOurs is so far . . .

Working from home limits productivity to only 70% of full potential, according to Ronny Cohen, Partner at Menahem Cohen & Associates. Here’s how much less work time you’d need at the coworking space:

Home productivity = 70% (or 0.7 of full productivity)
Coworking productivity = 100% (or 1.0 of full productivity)
To get the equivalent output in coworking, you’d only 70% of the your home work time to get the same amount of work done.

So if you work 4 hours from home and can reduce that by 30%, you’d only need to work 2.8 hours (4 hours * 0.7) at OfficeOurs to accomplish the same amount of work.

The remaining 1.2 hours saved could then be considered for travel. To determine if it’s worthwhile, consider both directions, meaning up to 36 minutes each way (1.2 hours total / 2).

So, it would be worth it for them to commute if they live within a 36-minute travel distance from the coworking space.

I have a different question. Can I speak to someone?

Absolutely! Email [email protected] or Call/WhatsApp 0533465496.

Is OfficeOurs cost effective vs a dedicated company Office?

Yes!
The flexibility that comes with only paying for as many seats as you using will often result in lower costs over the short to medium term – especially if you tend to have sharp swings in the size of your workforce.

And the headache of taking care of the Office is on us, so you can spend your energy building your business.
