What a desk costs
Monthly desks are booked in a window, usually from the 25th of the month before until the 10th; before Yom Tov months it opens earlier. Day passes are booked any time.

Working for a company abroad?

Calls on US time. Monthly members come in around the clock Sunday to Thursday, and on Friday until 13:00 — so the 18:00 New York call happens at your desk, not at your kitchen table.
Internet you can check. Two independent lines, one open and one filtered, wired and wireless, measured around the clock. The numbers are public on our status page.
Your company's VPN. Yes, you can run your employer's VPN at your desk. Bring your own laptop; if you need a computer, speak to us.
Somewhere for the long call. Calls at your desk are fine (a call center isn't). For a long or confidential one, book the meeting room by the hour — an hour a month is included.
Paperwork for your employer. Prices include VAT, and every payment gets a tax invoice. In English, in your employer's name if you need it.

A day pass: a desk for one day
Need a desk for a day, not a month? A day pass is a hot desk in the room for men or the room for women, for ₪60.90 including VAT. No membership and no contract: pick the day, book it online, come in. It is also the easiest way to try the space before you take a monthly desk.
Har Hotzvim on your letterhead, for ₪100 a month
A business mailing address in Jerusalem's technology park, on your website, your invoices and your business cards. Post that arrives is photographed every Sunday, and you reply in one word: scan, deliver, pick up, discard or shred.
Virtual Office, ₪150 a month
A business address with mail handling, one meeting-room hour a month, and a letter confirming that you are an active member of the space.

How much is a desk in the open space?
A desk in the open space, in the room for men or the room for women, is ₪943 a month, billed monthly by Horaat Keva or card. A large desk is ₪100 more a month. For a single day, a day pass is ₪60.90.
What changes the price?
Only the size of the desk. A desk is a full-time monthly subscription; there is no part-week or hourly rate. Not ready for a month? A day pass is ₪60.90.
What is charged on top of the subscription?
Meeting-room time beyond the included hour a month, printing beyond fair use, and other extras, all at the published rates. A business address or mailbox is a separate monthly fee. Prices include VAT, and a tax invoice is issued for every payment.
When can I book a monthly desk?
In the booking window, usually from the 25th of the month before until the 10th of the month itself. Before Yom Tov months it opens earlier. Outside the window you can still book day passes.
How do I cancel?
In My bookings, press "Cancel subscription". A month that has not started is refunded in full. Once a month has started, it is not refunded. The full terms are on the desk subscription page.
