בס”ד

Version of 08/11/2026.

This page sets out the terms of an OfficeOurs membership, personal or company, in plain language. A desk has no agreement to sign: these terms, with the desk subscription page, are the terms of your desk. You accept them by paying for your desk or setting up its payment, and starting to use the space. A private office stays under its signed agreement, and shared use under its signed Membership Sharing Agreement. Each governs if anything here differs from it.

What a membership is

  1. A membership is a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable permission to use the space and the services of your tier, during your access hours and subject to the house rules (תקנון).
  2. It is not a lease or a tenancy, and it grants no right in the property and no possession of any defined area. We may move you to a comparable position, change the layout, and enter any area — on reasonable prior notice, except for cleaning, security, maintenance or an emergency.
  3. The membership is one indivisible package of services. The fee is not split between the use of space and everything else.
  4. A company membership of several seats is not membership sharing. Each seat is an independent membership assigned to a named seat user, who may use it for the full hours of the tier. A company may move a desk to another named seat user, with our approval. A pause ends when the replacement starts.

What is included

  1. A workspace position — a desk or an office, according to your tier.
  2. Electricity, internet access (wired and wireless, filtered internet available), climate control.
  3. Use of the kitchen and eating area on your side (the men’s or the women’s) and the restroom facilities.
  4. Cleaning of the common areas on each working day (Sunday to Thursday). Anything needing attention — tell us, and we will deal with it within a reasonable time.
  5. Printing in reasonable office quantities (fair use). A detailed explanation is available on request.
  6. One hour of conference room use per calendar month, per seat.
  7. Access hours are those of your tier. Full-day members have access at any hour Sunday to Thursday and on Friday until 13:00, subject to Halacha; the space is closed on Shabbos and Yom Tov. The front desk is staffed Sunday to Thursday, 11:00–13:00.
  8. We provide all of this using reasonable efforts. A temporary, partial or minor interruption of a service is not a breach and does not entitle you to a refund or a reduction, except under the force majeure terms below.

Fees and payment

  1. The monthly fee is the price of your desk shown when you book or renew, or the amount in your private-office agreement. All amounts include Israeli VAT, and a tax invoice (חשבונית מס) is issued for each payment. If the statutory VAT rate changes, the stated amount is adjusted so that the net amount is unchanged.
  2. A desk is paid when you book it, or by subscription as that page sets out. For a private office, the first payment is due on signing; after that, shekel payments are due by the 28th of the preceding month, and dollar payments by the 20th. A dollar amount is converted at the Bank of Israel representative rate (שער היציג) on the date the invoice is issued.
  3. On a desk subscription and under a private-office agreement, you must keep either valid credit card details or a signed direct debit authorization (הרשאה לחיוב חשבון) on file, and keep it valid — replacement details within seven days if it expires, is cancelled or is declined. There is no access to the workspace until a valid payment method is on file.
  4. That payment method may be charged for membership fees, additional services, violation penalties, damage assessments and key replacement. Where we can, we tell you before charging a penalty or damage.
  5. Anything beyond your package — conference room time above the allowance, printing beyond fair use, other premium services — is charged at the rates published on this site. See prices.
  6. Use of the OfficeOurs address for business registration (עוסק/חברה) or for receiving mail is available for an additional monthly fee at the published rates. A desk or private office membership does not by itself include the right to publish the OfficeOurs address as your business address or to receive mail here. Those rights come with a mailbox plan or Virtual Office. Signage is not included.
  7. Late payment: we notify you in writing, and if the amount is still unpaid five business days later, services and access may be suspended without further notice. If it is still unpaid after that, we may end the membership. No interest (ריבית) is charged on overdue amounts. Fees remain due in full for a period of suspension imposed by us.
  8. All matters of ribbis and avak ribbis are subject to a Heter Iska in the form set out in Emek Mishpat, vol. 1, p. 537.

Term, and how a membership ends

  1. A desk has no contract and no fixed term. A desk subscription renews each month until cancelled, and has its own terms. A desk booked for one month ends with that month. A private office runs for the fixed term in its signed agreement and does not renew automatically.
  2. Cancelling a desk: a month that has not started is refunded in full. Once a month has started, it is not refunded, in whole or in part, even if you leave early. The only exceptions are the pause and force majeure terms below, and our ending a desk without cause.
  3. We may end a desk without cause on at least thirty days’ written notice, refunding prepaid fees for the unused period pro rata.
  4. We may suspend access or terminate immediately, by written notice stating the grounds, where someone endangers, threatens or harasses any person or behaves violently; uses the premises unlawfully; causes damage; smokes or vapes on the premises; or commits any other breach that cannot be cured. For a curable breach we give written notice and five business days to fix it. Where a desk or an agreement is terminated for cause, prepaid fees are not refunded.
  5. By the end date you must vacate the workspace, remove your belongings, and return all keys, access cards and other OfficeOurs property. Amounts already due remain payable.

Private offices only (signed fixed-term agreements):

  1. If you carry on using the workspace after the end date without signing a new agreement, the membership continues month to month at our then-current standard rate for your workspace type, as published on this site. Discounted or fixed-term pricing does not carry over. Either side may end a month-to-month membership by written notice given before the start of the next calendar month.
  2. Ending a fixed term early: at least thirty days’ written notice, plus 50% of the monthly fee for each whole month remaining in the term that has not already been paid. The month in which the termination takes effect is payable in full. A company may end a single seat this way; the rest of the agreement continues.
  3. That 50% charge does not apply, and nothing is owed for the rest of the term, in the cases below — with documentation, and with notice given as soon as practicable. On a personal membership: the death of the member; a move of the member’s principal residence to more than 40 km from the space; or the end of the member’s employment or the closure of their business. On a company membership: closure of the company — cessation of business, winding up, liquidation or closure of the tax file; or the end of the seat user’s employment, in which case the company may nominate a replacement seat user, subject to our approval, instead of ending the seat.
  4. We may end a fixed term without cause on at least thirty days’ written notice, refunding prepaid fees for the unused period pro rata.
  5. We are under no obligation to offer a new agreement at the end of a term, and may offer new terms at our discretion.

Pausing a membership

  1. There is no general right to pause a membership or to withhold fees. A pause is available on a desk and during a private office’s fixed term in the two cases below, and applies to the seat concerned only.
  2. Recovery from childbirth: from the date of the birth until you resume use of the space, up to three months. The fee during the pause is 5% of the monthly fee, pro rata by day, and the balance is credited against the next amount due. In a private office’s fixed term, the end date is extended by the length of the pause. It may be taken once per birth and cannot be deferred or accumulated.
  3. Hospitalization of seven consecutive days or more: no pause fee, and the fee is credited pro rata by day from the first day. In a private office’s fixed term, the end date is not extended.
  4. A pause does not reserve your position. We may allocate it to someone else, and on your return you are entitled to a comparable position, not the one you had. Clear the position of your belongings before the pause begins.
  5. Notice in writing as soon as practicable, with documentation of the grounds — for hospitalization, written confirmation from the treating hospital or physician of the fact and the dates.

Conference room

  1. One hour per calendar month is included, per seat. Beyond that, the published hourly rates apply.
  2. Book in advance through the booking system. Bookings start at a one-hour minimum; time beyond the first hour may be booked in five-minute increments.
  3. Cancel any time before the booking starts, through the booking system, and the money comes back — less a handling fee of 5% of the booking, up to ₪100 (a cancellation fee within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Law). The rate is fixed and does not depend on when you cancel. A booking taken on account is not billed beyond that fee; a booking paid from your free hours costs nothing to cancel, and the hours return to that month’s allowance.
  4. From the moment a booking starts it stands, and nothing is refunded for it.
  5. A refund goes back the way the money came: to the card you paid with, to the voucher it was drawn from, or off your monthly invoice. Allow up to seven business days for a card refund to appear at your bank.
  6. Unused allowance expires at the end of the calendar month in which it arises, and is not refundable.

Guests

  1. Members may bring guests for meetings or collaborative work sessions. Guests must be accompanied at all times, and you are responsible for their conduct and for any damage they cause.
  2. Guests are hosted in the conference room (by booking) or in the kitchen and common areas — not in the open working area, and not congregating there on their way through.
  3. A guest may not work independently here or use the space as their regular place of work. The same guest may not receive training or work instruction more than once without prior approval; the limit applies to the person being trained, not to the trainer.

Sharing a seat

  1. Sharing a membership with another person is allowed only with our written approval in advance and a signed Membership Sharing Agreement, and every additional user is approved individually.
  2. Combined use of a shared seat is capped at 7 hours a day. Beyond that, an additional ₪400 per month applies, charged to the payment method on file.
  3. A member who does not share their membership may use the space for the full hours of their tier — the 7-hour cap belongs to sharing only.
  4. The member remains fully responsible for the additional user’s conduct, damage and compliance.

House rules

  1. OfficeOurs is intended for chareidi men and women, in separate rooms, and members are expected to behave in a way befitting that.
  2. Work in a way that does not disturb others — relatively quiet, your space kept clean, courteous to other members. Where use of the space, or the volume or nature of guests hosted, disturbs other members or exceeds what the space can reasonably accommodate, we may require it to be limited, and if it continues, end the membership on reasonable notice.
  3. Use the space, furniture and equipment reasonably. Do not bring in furniture, children or pets, and do not connect personal electronics over 100 watts without permission.
  4. Follow our safety and security procedures.
  5. Use the internet in a healthy and kosher way, including filtering as required. The network may not be used for anything unlawful, infringing or malicious.
  6. Smoking and vaping are prohibited anywhere on the premises. Agreed compensation of ₪5,000 is payable for each occurrence, by a member, employee, guest or client — a reasonable pre-estimate of the loss, given the ₪5,000 fine to which the occupier of a public place is exposed under the Prevention of Smoking in Public Places and Exposure to Smoking Law, 5743-1983, and the cost of remediation and the disturbance to other members.
  7. Alterations, signage and displays require our prior written consent. You are liable for damage to the space, furniture or equipment beyond normal wear.
  8. Key replacement: desk key ₪100, office key ₪300.
  9. You are welcome to organise events here — schedule them with us first.

Your property, and our liability

  1. We take no responsibility for loss, theft or damage to your property, documents or materials on the premises, and are not liable for data loss, equipment malfunction, power outages or system failures, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct. Back up your work, and take valuables home daily. A property protection rider may be purchased for an additional fee.
  2. You insure your own property, equipment and business activity, and any liability arising from your use of the space. You indemnify us against claims, losses and expenses arising from your use of the space, from your acts or omissions or those of your seat users, guests and additional users, and from any breach of the agreement.
  3. Subject to the exceptions above, our total liability for any and all claims will not exceed the membership fees paid in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
  4. Items left on the premises after a membership ends are not in our custody. We may remove and store them at your expense at a location of our choosing, and may dispose of them any time after fourteen days from the date written notice is sent to your last known address. Ownership does not pass to us, and we are not obliged to store, insure or preserve anything.
  5. Internet and network access is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free connectivity, any particular speed, or the security of data transmitted over the network. Current service status is published at status.ofo.co.il.

Privacy and communications

  1. We keep your financial, business and personal information confidential, do not disclose it to third parties without written consent, and comply with Israeli privacy law.
  2. A company’s name may be used to identify it as a member for marketing purposes. An individual’s likeness and name are used only with that person’s separate, prior consent, which may be withheld.
  3. While a membership is active you will receive operational emails — policy changes, payment reminders and billing notices, and notices about access, safety and the running of the workspace — and these cannot be opted out of.
  4. Marketing and community emails — events, services, community announcements — are sent only with your separate consent, which you may withdraw at any time through the unsubscribe link or by written notice. Withdrawing it does not affect the operational emails above.
  5. Keep your contact details, including a valid email address, current with us.
  6. Formal notices are in writing — by hand with signed receipt, by registered mail, or by email to the address on file. A notice sent to the last address you gave us is treated as received two business days after it is sent.

If the space becomes unusable

  1. Force majeure means events beyond either party’s reasonable control — natural disasters, war, government regulations, pandemics, infrastructure failures, or anything else preventing safe or lawful operation. The affected party gives written notice as soon as reasonably possible.
  2. We may suspend access without liability where the event prevents safe or lawful operation. Where the workspace is inaccessible for more than seven consecutive days, fees are still payable on time, and the prorated amount for the event is credited to your account. The credit does not expire; any unused credit is refunded when your membership ends.
  3. If the workspace is inaccessible for more than ninety consecutive days, either party may end the agreement by written notice, without penalty, and prepaid fees for the unused period are refunded pro rata.

Changes, and the agreement as a whole

  1. For a desk, these terms and the desk subscription page are the whole agreement between us. We may change them by publishing a new dated version here and emailing you. If you do not accept a change, you may cancel.
  2. A signed agreement (a private office, or membership sharing), including its form fields, is the whole agreement between its parties and replaces any previous agreement. Where form fields and terms conflict, the terms take precedence. Changes to it must be in writing and signed by both parties. Verbal agreements or modifications are retractable by either party at any time.
  3. Matters not written into the agreement do not bind either party, and either may withdraw from them — including where they would otherwise engage the halachic principle of mechusrei amanah.
  4. Signing and submitting the agreement’s form fields electronically counts as your signature, with the same effect as a handwritten one.
  5. If any part is found invalid, the rest remains in full effect. A failure or delay in enforcing a term is not a waiver of it.
  6. We may assign or transfer an agreement, including on a sale of the business, without your consent. You may not assign, transfer or sublet, except under the sharing terms above.
  7. Each agreement is governed by the language named in it; content in other languages is to be disregarded.
  8. For a desk, the Hebrew version of these terms governs.

Disputes

  1. These terms, and any signed agreement, are governed by Halacha, which includes Minhag HaMakom and, in turn, often Israeli contract law.
  2. Disputes are resolved by a mutually agreed Beis Din or, failing agreement, one designated by Rav Yitzchok Berkovits shlita. If he is unavailable, the Beis Din of Rav Nussbaum serves in his place.
  3. The Beis Din serves as arbitrator, and this constitutes an arbitration agreement within the meaning of the Arbitration Law, 5728-1968. Its decision is final and binding on both parties.
