What you actually get

  • An address letter

Signed, in Hebrew and English. Download it from your account any time.

  • Your own box number

It is part of your address, and we handle all post that arrives for that number.

  • We don't open your envelopes

We photograph the outside only. An envelope is opened when you ask us to scan it.

  • Your home address stays private

Your website, invoices and terms show our address, not your home.

Before you sign up

What do I get as proof of the address — for registering my business, my bank, a card processor or a supplier?

A letter on our letterhead confirming that you hold a numbered virtual box here and are authorised to receive mail at this address and to use it as your business address. It is digitally signed, comes in Hebrew and English, and you can download it from your account whenever you need a fresh copy.

If the bank, card processor or authority wants more than that, upgrade to Virtual Office (₪150 a month), a membership of the space rather than a mail plan. It adds an hour a month in the meeting room, booked for up to eight people, and its letter confirms that you are an active member of the OfficeOurs co-working space. Whether a bank, supplier or authority accepts a letter is their decision, so ask them what they need before you choose — WhatsApp us if you are unsure.

Can I use just the address, without any mail service?

Every address we offer comes with a numbered virtual box and a mail service, and that is why you can register it. An address with no mail service behind it is a fictitious address, and we do not offer one. The most basic way to make this your registered business address is a mailbox plan; if you need a letter saying you are a member of the space, that is Virtual Office.

What is in Virtual Office?

Everything in the virtual mailbox, an hour a month in the meeting room (booked for up to eight people), and a letter confirming that you are an active member of the OfficeOurs co-working space. The letter comes with one condition: when you leave, you change your business address with the authorities and send us proof that you have. Virtual Office is ₪150 a month. Apply for a Virtual Office.

What does the monthly fee include?

Checking the box every Sunday and photographing the outside of every envelope that came in. We send you the photos and you reply per item:

  • Hold it — free for the first 30 days for a letter and 14 days for a parcel, then ₪5 per letter and ₪20 per parcel for each further month; collecting it in person is ₪15 per letter or parcel
  • Discard it — free
  • Scan it and send you the PDF — ₪6
  • Shred it — ₪6
  • Post it on to you, in Israel or abroad — Israel Post's rate plus 35%

Anything nobody claims within 90 days is discarded.

Do I need to be a coworking member? Can a sole proprietor use this?

No membership is needed. The virtual mailbox is open to existing sole proprietors and companies. It does not include a workspace or a staffed office, so please do not present the address as one.

Does the price include VAT? Is there a setup fee, deposit or renewal fee?

₪100 a month includes VAT. There is no setup fee, deposit or renewal fee. You pay extra only for handling an item, such as a scan or forwarding, when you choose it. Pay by credit card, or by standing order from an Israeli bank account at the same price. By standing order, nothing is charged at order, and your box number, address and letter come only after the first debit clears, which takes some days.

Is there a minimum term? How do I cancel?

Not on the monthly plan — cancel whenever you like. If you want to save, the virtual mailbox and the Virtual Office also come yearly: commit to 12 months and pay monthly for 15% off, or pay the year up front for 20% off. The discount is applied automatically when you choose the option on the order form. Thirty days before the year ends we email you a one-click renewal; if you do not renew, it simply continues month to month at the full price. When you leave, stop using the address: take it off your website, your terms, your invoices and anywhere else you have published it. On the monthly plan the charge renews automatically each month until you cancel, and the month the box closes is billed in full.

What happens to mail that arrives after I cancel?

It is discarded. Please remove the address from everywhere you published it before the box closes, and tell anyone who writes to you there. Your address letter stops being valid when the box closes.

Is there a service agreement to sign?

There is no separate agreement to sign. Everything is done online, with no need to come in: on the order form you tick to accept our virtual mailbox terms, and tick a charge authorisation. The address letter is issued after approval.

What does the address letter say?

It confirms that your business holds a numbered virtual box with us, and may receive mail at the address and publish it as its business address. It does not say that you work here or are a member. A company can attach its incorporation documents to the order form (optional); we check them when approving, and the letter then uses the company wording. See a sample letter (PDF); there is also a Hebrew sample.

Can I put the address on my website and in my terms, and link it to Google Maps?

Yes. That is what it is for — your website and its contact page, your terms, your invoices and your letterhead. You may also link to the building on Google Maps, as long as nothing says or implies that your business works from here. A Google Business Profile is a different matter: see below.

Can I use the address to verify a Google Play developer account?

On a personal developer account, no. Google accepts only specific proof-of-address documents, in your own name and issued within the last 90 days:

  • a government photo ID showing your address
  • a utility bill — electricity, water, gas, internet or cable TV
  • an insurance statement
  • a bank or credit-card statement

A mailbox agreement or a co-working membership letter is not on that list. And note that once you sell apps or in-app purchases, Google Play shows a personal developer's full address publicly — your home address, if that is what you verified with.

On an organisation account — an Osek or a company — yes, it can work. You verify with a business registration document, such as your VAT registration certificate, and a D-U-N-S number. The business name and address must match exactly across three places: your documents, your Google payments profile and your Dun & Bradstreet record. A business registered at our address can use it in all three, and ours is then the address Google Play shows the public — not your home.

Can I use the address as my trader address on Apple's App Store in the EU?

Yes. Under the EU Digital Services Act, Apple asks traders for an address, phone number and email, and shows them on the app's product page in all 27 EU countries. An individual trader enters the address; an organisation's comes from its D-U-N-S record. Apple asks for a document showing your business name and address and, if the address you display is not your own, one showing your link to it, such as a receipt or bill: send our English address letter, which you can download from your account, with your payment receipt. The phone number and email are verified by code.

Write the address exactly as given, box number included. It will be public across the EU, so legal or consumer letters may arrive: we photograph mail on Sundays, a letter can take six weeks or more to reach us, and registered mail waits at the post office (see below).

Can I open a Google Business Profile (a Google Maps listing) at this address?

No. Google's rules don't allow a listing at a mailbox or a virtual office. In short:

  • The business must meet customers in person during its stated hours. Online-only businesses aren't eligible at any address.
  • A mailing address you rent but don't operate from isn't eligible, and neither is a PO box or a remote mailbox.
  • A coworking address qualifies only if your office there has clear signage, receives customers during business hours, and is staffed by your own people during those hours.
  • If you go to your customers rather than receive them, Google treats you as a service-area business, with no address on the profile.

Google can suspend a profile that breaks these rules. Our address is for registering your business and receiving post. Not sure? Ask us — we usually answer the same day.

Can I put up a sign with my business name, or get a phone line with the address?

No to both. We cannot put up a sign for you, and we do not sell phone service. Want callers to hear a greeting and then reach your own phone? That is a virtual number with call forwarding, and you need no phone system for it. We have compared the providers.

How do I write the address?

Exactly like this, on anything you want to reach us:

Your business name
Kiryat HaMada 6/your box number, P.O.B. 45446
Har Hotzvim, Jerusalem 9777606

Your box number is in your account once the box is opened. Please do not use the address before then.

What ID do you need to open a box?

A photo of your ID or passport, uploaded on the order form. We review each application, usually within one business day. If we do not approve it, we refund everything you paid. Your box number arrives after approval, so we cannot give it in advance.

Can I use this as my registered address for company registration in Israel?

Yes. Most of our clients register it as their business address with VAT, income tax and the Companies Registrar. If they ask for proof, attach our letter. If the official wants a letter saying you are a member of the space, that is Virtual Office. Opening an osek patur? See why the address you register is the one your clients see.

I am a new oleh, or I live abroad. Does this work for me?

Yes. You do not need to come in. Every Sunday you get a photo of each item that arrived. Scanning is ₪6, and forwarding abroad is Israel Post's rate plus 35%. The letter comes in English too. More in an Israeli business address from abroad. Questions? WhatsApp us, in Hebrew or English.

I sell on Amazon or in app stores. Can I keep my home address private?

Some platforms show the seller's business address publicly. If your business is registered here, ours is the address on your seller account, your invoices and your terms, not your home. Each platform verifies addresses with different documents, so check what it asks for first. For Google Play and the App Store, see the answers above.

What about registered mail?

Registered mail does not come to the box. Israel Post holds it at the post office and leaves a notice. When the notice reaches us we pass it on to you. It carries a link to Israel Post's door-delivery service: order delivery to our address and we will take the item from the courier for you, so you do not need to come to Jerusalem.

Do you accept official and legal letters?

Letters sent by ordinary post are handled like any other item. Mail is generally delivered once a week, on Sunday, and we check it and send you the photo that same day. Israel Post can be slow, though: a letter can take six weeks or longer to reach us. Registered letters work as described above. If you expect letters with short deadlines, take this into account.

Do you take small parcels? Can you forward my post abroad?

Yes to both. Letters and small parcels can be forwarded to you anywhere, including abroad. You pay Israel Post's rate for the item plus 35%.

Do you open my mail?

No. We photograph the outside of the envelope only. An envelope is opened when you ask us to scan it, and not otherwise.

Can I collect my post in person?

Yes. Reply “hold” and the item waits for you here. Collecting it in person is ₪15 per letter or parcel. Letters are held free for the first 30 days and parcels for the first 14; after that, storage is ₪5 per letter and ₪20 per parcel a month. Anything nobody claims within 90 days is discarded. Collection is by appointment, with photo ID, Sunday to Thursday, 11:00 to 13:00.

I already have a P.O. box in Har Hotzvim. Can you check it for me?

Yes, as a separate service: the box stays yours, and we check it on the schedule you pick, photograph what is inside and act on your reply. See someone to check your mailbox.
