These are the terms of your desk subscription. Setting up payment and starting to use the space is your acceptance of them. Everything not covered here is as in our membership terms. Where the two differ, this page governs for the subscription.

The price

A desk is ₪943 a month. A large desk is ₪100 more a month. All prices are in shekels and include VAT.

To move to a large desk or an office, ask us; the new price applies from the next month.

Desks are booked in a window, usually from the 25th of the month before until the 10th.

Horaat Keva is a bank direct debit (הרשאה לחיוב חשבון).

Billing

  1. You are billed the full monthly price every month, and the subscription renews each month until you cancel it. There is no credit for holidays.
  2. By card: you pay the first month when you book. Each next month is charged when its booking opens, normally on the 25th.
  3. On Horaat Keva: when you book, you upload your bank’s confirmation instead of paying. We confirm the desk once we have checked it. Each next month renews on the 1st.
  4. The debit can reach your bank before the bill reaches your email.

Cancelling

  1. In My bookings, press “Cancel subscription”. There is no notice period. Your desk stays yours until the end of the month, then goes back on offer.
  2. On Horaat Keva, cancel by the last day of the month to avoid the next one.
  3. By card, cancel before next month’s booking opens and it is not charged. If it has already been charged, cancel that month in My bookings before the 1st. It is refunded in full. Allow up to seven business days for the refund to appear at your bank.
  4. Once a month has started, it is not refunded, in whole or in part, even if you leave on its first day. The only exceptions are the pauses (birth or hospitalization), the force majeure terms, and our ending a desk without cause, all in our membership terms.

Pausing after a birth

After a birth, your desk can be paused for up to three months, at 5% of the monthly fee. Tell us in writing, and clear your desk first. You come back to a comparable desk. Full details are in our membership terms.
