Is there anywhere else like this in Jerusalem?

No. Jerusalem has plenty of coworking spaces, and some are for men only and some for women only. OfficeOurs is the only one with a room for men and a room for women under one roof — fully separate, and equipped the same: the same desks, the same internet, the same meeting room to book, and a kosher kitchen on each side.

What is a coworking space?

A shared office you rent by the day or the month. The desk, the internet, the kitchen, the meeting room and the cleaning come with it, so you just come in and work. OfficeOurs is one for frum men and women, in separate rooms.

Who is it for?

OfficeOurs is frum-friendly: a room for men and a room for women, and the way people dress, speak and behave here fits that. You don't need to be chareidi to work here, but you should be comfortable working this way. It also suits work that isn't loud: calls are fine, a call center isn't.

Isn't it cheaper to rent our own office?

Usually not, over the short and medium term. You pay for the desks you actually use and add or drop them as your headcount changes, and the building, the cleaning and the equipment are our problem, not yours. A young business can spend its attention on the business instead of on the premises.

Are you an internet office?

There is high-speed internet, wired and wireless — but that is one amenity, not the point of the place. It is a serious amenity, though: two independent lines, one open and one filtered, measured around the clock. The numbers are public at status.ofo.co.il.

What hours are you open?

Full-day members can come in at any hour Sunday to Thursday, and on Friday until 13:00. We are closed on Shabbos and Yom Tov. The front desk is staffed Sunday to Thursday, 11:00 to 13:00.

Where are you?

6 Kiryat HaMada, Har Hotzvim, Jerusalem, near KSP. A few minutes' drive from Ramat Eshkol, Zayis Raanan, Ramat Shlomo and Ramot. The location page has directions, parking and walking videos.

Is it worth the drive?

That depends on your days at home, and one day here is enough to find out. Book a day pass, work a full day, and compare it with a day at home. The drive itself is a few minutes from north Jerusalem.

Can I try it before committing?

Yes. A desk for the day is ₪60.90 including VAT, booked online with no membership. A day or two is the easiest way to see whether it fits. See the prices page.

Is the meeting room included?

If you rent a desk or office by the month, one hour per calendar month is included for each desk. Beyond that, you pay ₪50 an hour for up to three people and ₪100 an hour for four to eight. A Virtual Office also includes one hour a month. Everyone else pays ₪70 for the first hour of a meeting of up to three people and ₪150 for four to eight. A morning (until 11:55) is ₪200 for up to three people and ₪400 for four to eight; an afternoon and evening (12:00 to 07:00 next morning) ₪250 and ₪500; a full day ₪350 and ₪700. Booked by the hour, you never pay more than the half day or full day your time fits in.

Book ahead through the booking system; the meeting room page has what is in the room and how booking works. Cancel any time before the booking starts and the money comes back, less a handling fee of 5% (up to ₪100); once it has started, it can't be cancelled. A booking paid from your free hours costs nothing to cancel. Unused hours expire at the end of the month.

Can two of us share one desk?

Only with our written approval in advance and a signed sharing agreement. Combined use of a shared seat is capped at 7 hours a day; beyond that it is ₪400 a month extra. If you are not sharing, you have the full hours of your plan with no such cap.

Can I bring guests?

Yes — for meetings or collaborative sessions. Guests stay with you, and they are hosted in the meeting room or the kitchen and common areas rather than the open working area. A guest cannot use the space as their own regular workplace.

Can I use your address for my business?

Yes. Our business address is ₪100 a month. You get our address and a mailbox here. Signage is not included. A monthly desk or private office alone does not include publishing the address or receiving mail here; with both, you get one combined letter.

Already rent your own box at Har Hotzvim? That is a separate service, with no address from us. We check your box every week, for ₪100 a month. See a weekly check of your box.

With either one, we will scan an item and send you the PDF for ₪6, shred one for ₪6, or discard it for free.

Can I open a Google Business Profile (a Google Maps listing) at your address?

No. Google's rules don't allow a listing at a mailbox or a virtual office. In short:

  • The business must meet customers in person during its stated hours. Online-only businesses aren't eligible at any address.
  • A mailing address you rent but don't operate from isn't eligible, and neither is a PO box or a remote mailbox.
  • A coworking address qualifies only if your office there has clear signage, receives customers during business hours, and is staffed by your own people during those hours.
  • If you go to your customers rather than receive them, Google treats you as a service-area business, with no address on the profile.

Google can suspend a profile that breaks these rules. Our address is for registering your business and receiving post. A link to the building on Google Maps from your own website is fine, as long as nothing says or implies that your business works from here. Not sure? Ask us. We usually answer the same day.

What if I need to stop for a while?

There are two pauses built into the membership. After a birth, a seat can be paused for up to three months at 5% of the monthly fee. For a hospitalization of seven consecutive days or more there is no pause fee at all and the fee is credited day by day. A pause does not hold your particular desk — you come back to a comparable one.

Do you provide phone services?

No. We looked into providers of call-forwarding numbers and compared them here.

I have a different question. Can I speak to someone?

Of course. Call or WhatsApp Yehuda at 053-346-5496, or email [email protected]. We usually answer the same day.
