Apply for a Virtual Office — ₪150/monthOnly need an address? Virtual mailbox, ₪100
Apply online with a photo ID, no visit needed. By card, we usually approve within one business day. By standing order from an Israeli bank account, your letter and address come after the first debit clears, which takes some days.
What's included
-
Your business address
Kiryat HaMada 6/your number, P.O.B. 45446, Har Hotzvim, Jerusalem 9777606. Put it on your registration, your website, your invoices and your terms.
-
A membership letter
Digitally signed, in English and Hebrew. It confirms that you are an active member of the OfficeOurs co-working space and may receive mail and publish this as your business address. Download a fresh copy from your account whenever someone asks.
-
An hour a month in the meeting room, booked for up to eight people
For the client meeting, the interview or the signing that needs a table and a door. The hour is for that month; an unused hour does not roll over.
-
Your post, every Sunday
We photograph the outside of each item and send you the pictures. Reply in one word: leave (free for 30 days for a letter, 14 for a parcel), scan (₪6), send (Israel Post + 35%), discard (free) or shred (₪6).
-
A real place behind the address
A front desk staffed Sunday to Thursday, 11:00–13:00, in Jerusalem's technology park.
Who it's for
-
The bank or card processor asked for more
Some institutions want more than a mailbox letter. This letter confirms you are an active member of the space, and says nothing that isn't true.
-
You meet a client now and then
An hour a month covers the meeting you would otherwise hold in a café.
-
You live abroad
An Israeli business address and a membership letter in English, without a lease.
-
You work from home and want to keep it that way
Your home address stays off your invoices and your website.

Not for you if you need a letter saying you operate from the address, or a desk every day. That is a workstation or a private office.
Before you apply
What is the difference between the virtual mailbox and the Virtual Office?
The letter, and the meeting room. The mailbox letter confirms you hold a numbered virtual box and may use the address as your business address. The Virtual Office letter confirms you are an active member of the OfficeOurs co-working space, and the plan includes an hour a month in the meeting room, booked for up to eight people. Mail handling is the same in both.
Can I register my Osek or company here?
Yes. Most of our clients register it as their business address with VAT, income tax and the Companies Registrar. If they ask for proof, attach the letter. One condition: when you leave, update your business address with the authorities and send us proof that you have.
Does the letter say my business operates from this address?
No. It says you have been an active member of the space since a stated date, and may receive mail and use the address as your business address. That is literally true, which is why it holds up when someone checks. A letter saying you operate from here needs staff approval and is only for someone who really works here, so it is not available on Virtual Office without a desk. Talk to us.
A company can attach its incorporation documents to the application (optional). We check them when approving, and the letter then says active corporate member. Whether a provider, bank or authority accepts the letter is their decision.
Can I open a Google Business Profile (a Google Maps listing) at this address?
No. Google's rules don't allow a listing at a mailbox or a virtual office. In short:
- The business must meet customers in person during its stated hours. Online-only businesses aren't eligible at any address.
- A mailing address you rent but don't operate from isn't eligible, and neither is a PO box or a remote mailbox.
- A coworking address qualifies only if your office there has clear signage, receives customers during business hours, and is staffed by your own people during those hours.
- If you go to your customers rather than receive them, Google treats you as a service-area business, with no address on the profile.
Google can suspend a profile that breaks these rules. Our address is for registering your business and receiving post. Not sure? Ask us — we usually answer the same day.
Does an unused meeting-room hour carry over?
No. Each month comes with one hour in the meeting room, booked for up to eight people, and an hour you do not use that month does not roll over to the next.
Does the Virtual Office include a phone number?
No, and we don't sell phone service. Need a number? See our independent comparison of phone number and call-forwarding providers.
Is there a contract?
Not on the monthly plan. Cancel whenever you like. If you choose a yearly term (15% off billed monthly, or 20% off paid up front), it runs 12 months. Thirty days before it ends we email you a one-click renewal. If you do not renew, it continues month to month at the full price.
I live abroad. Do I ever need to come in?
No. You apply online, and the letter and the Sunday photos reach you by email. We accept Visa and Mastercard, including cards issued outside Israel, and Isracard. Scanning is ₪6 per item, and forwarding abroad is Israel Post's rate plus 35%. The hour is there for when you are in Jerusalem.
Do you open my mail?
No. We photograph the outside only. An envelope is opened only when you ask us to scan it.
An address, a membership letter and a room when you need one. ₪150 a month.
Apply online. Once we approve, your address and letter are in your account, and the first mail check is the following Sunday.
