A private office in Har Hotzvim, Jerusalem

No private office is free right now. Tell Yehuda what you need, and we'll tell you what's possible. Our offices are rooms with a door that locks, in a frum-friendly coworking space closed on Shabbos, with the internet, the kosher kitchen, an hour a month in the meeting room and the front desk.

A room, plus the whole building

  • Your own key

Every office has its own lock and key. Monthly tenants come in Sunday to Thursday at any hour, and Friday until 13:00. Closed on Shabbos and Yom Tov.

  • A single office

Each single office is a room with a door, for one person to work in. It isn't built for receiving guests: meetings go in the meeting room.

  • Internet on two lines

Wired and wireless, one line filtered and one open, measured around the clock. Video calls all day are fine.

  • The meeting room

One hour a month is included, for meeting clients or anyone else. Book more by the hour when you need it.

  • A kosher kitchen

Fully equipped, with an eating area.

  • A staffed front desk

Sunday to Thursday, 11:00–13:00, for deliveries and anything that needs a person. In English or Hebrew.

When a desk is not enough

  • You are on calls all day

A door is the difference between taking the call and hunting for somewhere quiet to take it.

  • Your work is confidential

Client files, payroll, patient records: none of it belongs on an open desk.

  • You meet clients

Meet them in the meeting room, booked by the hour, and keep your office for the work.

  • Your setup stays put

Equipment, samples, a second screen. Set up once and leave it set up.

Hours, getting here and parking

Rent the office by the month and it is yours Sunday to Thursday at any hour, and on Friday until 13:00. The space is closed on Shabbos and Yom Tov. The front desk is staffed Sunday to Thursday, 11:00 to 13:00.

We are at 6 Kiryat HaMada St (also written Kiryat Mada), Har Hotzvim, Jerusalem's technology park, near KSP. From Ramat Eshkol, Zayis Raanan, Ramat Shlomo or Ramot it is a few minutes' drive. There is free parking down the road, and paid parking behind the building.

Why an office in Har Hotzvim? It is a business district, not a residential street: clients and suppliers know the address, the day is quiet, and the frum neighbourhoods of north Jerusalem are close.

A single office is a room for one person to work in. For a meeting or a visitor, book the meeting room by the hour.

The location page has the map and directions, and the gallery shows the rooms as they are.

Before you take an office

Is an office free now, and what does it cost?

No office is free right now, so no price is listed. Call or WhatsApp Yehuda on 053-346-5496 and say what you need.

Can two of us share one office?

Our single offices are for one person. To share an office with a colleague, call or WhatsApp Yehuda on 053-346-5496. The offices aren't split by gender, so a man and a woman may share one.

Can I take an office for afternoons only?

Speak to us. It depends on finding someone for the other half of the day, so we can't promise it. Call or WhatsApp Yehuda on 053-346-5496.

What is included in the price?

The room, electricity, climate control and internet (wired and wireless, filtered available). Also the kosher kitchen, cleaning of the common areas every working day, printing in reasonable office quantities, and one hour of the meeting room each calendar month.

When can I get in once the office is mine?

Monthly tenants: Sunday to Thursday at any hour, and Friday until 13:00. The space is closed on Shabbos and Yom Tov. Someone is at the front desk Sunday to Thursday, 11:00 to 13:00.

Can I register my business at this address?

Yes, for an additional monthly fee. A business address at 6 Kiryat HaMada is ₪100 a month, including your post photographed every Sunday. The office alone comes with a letter confirming you are an active full-time member, but it does not allow publishing the address or receiving mail here. With both, you get one combined letter.

Do I get a tax invoice?

Yes. Prices include VAT, and a tax invoice is issued for every payment.
