The problem this solves

Israeli paperwork wants an Israeli address. The tax authorities, the Companies Registrar, your bank and your card processor all send letters there, often on paper and often in Hebrew. If you don't live here yet, or don't want your apartment on your invoices, you need an address that exists and someone who will tell you what came.

How it works, from abroad

  1. Apply online

Your name, your business name, a plan and a photo ID. No visit needed.

  2. We approve and give you your number

Your address, with your own box number in it, and your letter appear in your account.

  3. Register

Use the address with VAT, income tax and the Companies Registrar. Attach the letter if they ask for proof.

  4. Every Sunday, you get photos

One photo of the outside of each item. Reply in one word: “Leave” (free for 30 days for a letter, 14 for a parcel) · “Scan” as PDF (₪6) · “Send”, in Israel or abroad (Israel Post's rate + 35%) · “Discard” (free) · “Shred” (₪6).

Your address will look like this

Your Business Name
Kiryat HaMada 6/your box number, P.O.B. 45446
Har Hotzvim, Jerusalem 9777606, Israel

Why people abroad pick this

  • The letter is in English too

Digitally signed and downloadable from your account at any time. Send it to your accountant, your bank or your payment provider without waiting for us.

  • Hebrew mail you can act on

Ask us to scan a letter from the tax authority, then run the PDF through a translator or send it to your accountant.

  • No commitment

Monthly, cancel any time. Staying a year? 15% off billed monthly, or 20% off paid up front.

  • Pay online, in shekels

By credit card: we accept Visa and Mastercard, including cards issued outside Israel, and Isracard. With an Israeli bank account, you can also pay by standing order; your box then comes after the first debit clears, which takes some days. Prices include VAT. We can issue your invoices in English.

  • A real space, real people

OfficeOurs is a co-working space in Jerusalem's technology park. The front desk is staffed Sunday to Thursday, 11:00–13:00 Israel time, and we answer WhatsApp in English.

  • Your home address stays private

Your website, your invoices and your terms show our address, not your apartment.

Need more than an address letter?

Some banks and card processors want to see that you are a member of a business space, not only that you hold a mailbox. Virtual Office (₪150 a month) is a membership of the OfficeOurs co-working space: its letter confirms you are an active member, and it includes an hour a month in the meeting room, booked for up to eight people, for when you are in town. An unused hour does not roll over.

About the Virtual OfficeApply for a Virtual Office

What we don't do, so you're not surprised

  • We check once a week, on Sunday

Not daily. Mail is generally delivered on Sunday, and Israel Post can be slow: a letter can take six weeks or longer to reach us.

  • Registered mail doesn't come to the box

Israel Post holds it and leaves a notice. We pass the notice on to you; it carries a link to order door delivery to our address, and we take the item in for you.

  • The letter doesn't say you operate from here

It says you hold a numbered virtual box (or, on Virtual Office, that you are an active member of the space) and may use the address as your business address. That is what makes it safe to show anyone.

  • Google Play personal accounts won't accept it

Google wants a utility bill or a bank statement in your own name. Organisation accounts can work — the details are in the virtual mailbox FAQ.

  • Google Maps won't list your business here

Google requires a business that meets customers in person, so a mailbox, a virtual office or an online-only business doesn't qualify. The rules are in the questions below. Our address is for registering your business and receiving post.

Questions from abroad

I live abroad, or I own a foreign company. Can I use this address?

Yes. Your Osek or Israeli company can register here, wherever you live. For a foreign company that needs a document showing the address, see the next question. Whether it affects your foreign company's own seat, registration or tax is a question for your own lawyer; this page makes no claim either way. Whether you can open an Osek as a non-resident is a question for your accountant or lawyer. We provide the address, not legal or tax advice. For a short overview of opening an osek patur, see opening an osek patur: your business address.

Our company is registered abroad and our staff work from home in Israel. Can we use your Israeli business address?

Yes. You get a letter digitally signed by OfficeOurs, in Hebrew or English. What it says depends on your plan:

  • Virtual mailbox: you hold a numbered box, and may receive mail here and publish the address as your business address. It does not claim membership.
  • Virtual Office: you are an active member (a company: an active corporate member) since a stated date, and may receive mail here and publish the address.
  • Monthly desk or private office: you are an active full-time member (a company: a full-time corporate member) since a stated date. On its own, this does not allow publishing the address or receiving mail here. Add a mailbox and you get one combined letter with both.

Applying as a company? The mailbox and Virtual Office forms accept your incorporation documents (optional). We check them when approving, and the letter then uses the company wording.

A letter saying you operate from our premises needs staff approval and is only for someone who really works here, so a Virtual Office without a desk does not qualify. Whether a supplier, provider, bank or authority accepts a letter is their decision, so ask them what they need before you choose.

What time zone do you work in?

Israel time. The Sunday photos usually reach you on Sunday, which is still the weekend in the US. WhatsApp replies come during Israeli working hours.

How do I pay from abroad?

By credit card, in shekels, online. We accept Visa and Mastercard, including cards issued outside Israel, and Isracard. With an Israeli bank account, you can also pay by standing order; your box then comes after the first debit clears, which takes some days. Every price on this page includes VAT. We can issue your invoices in English.

Can you forward my post to the US?

Yes. Letters and small parcels go anywhere Israel Post delivers. You pay Israel Post's rate plus 35%, and forwarding carries full VAT even when it goes abroad.

I'm making aliyah next year. Can I start now?

Yes. Opening the box before the flight means your business has an address from day one. Once you settle, keep it, or move your registration and cancel.

Where are the full mail-handling prices?

On the virtual mailbox page, with the price list for holding, collecting, scanning, shredding and forwarding.

Can I open a Google Business Profile (a Google Maps listing) at this address?

No. Google's rules don't allow a listing at a mailbox or a virtual office. In short:

  • The business must meet customers in person during its stated hours. Online-only businesses aren't eligible at any address.
  • A mailing address you rent but don't operate from isn't eligible, and neither is a PO box or a remote mailbox.
  • A coworking address qualifies only if your office there has clear signage, receives customers during business hours, and is staffed by your own people during those hours.
  • If you go to your customers rather than receive them, Google treats you as a service-area business, with no address on the profile.

Google can suspend a profile that breaks these rules. Our address is for registering your business and receiving post. Not sure? Ask us — we usually answer the same day.
